In general, all fees you pay for Evoker services are non-refundable. In particular, if you have used more than 500 Points, we cannot provide a refund. We do not offer refunds for unused subscription time, if you are not satisfied with the service, or if you forget to cancel your subscription.

Exceptions

We may consider refunds in the following limited circumstances:

  1. Legal Requirements: If applicable law compels us to provide refunds, we will do so in accordance with the law.
  2. Major technical issues: If you are completely unable to use the Core Paid Services for a prolonged period of time due to ongoing major technical failures of our platform, please contact us. We will verify and assess the situation and may issue a refund at our discretion.
  3. Billing errors: If we have incorrectly charged you (e.g. duplicate charges), we will refund the incorrectly charged amount after verification.
