Welcome to Evoker! We are Yelatte Tech, LLC, and these Terms explain the rules you need to follow when using Evoker, our AI creativity platform, including the website https://evoker.design and related services (collectively, the "Service").

IMPORTANT: By using Evoker, you agree to abide by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Using Evoker: Basic Requirements

• Age: You need to be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age allowed for online services in your area).
• Account: You will need to register for an account in order to use most features. Please provide true and accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for the security of your account.
• On behalf of an organization: If you are using on behalf of a company or organization, you need to ensure that you have the authority to agree to these Terms on their behalf.

2. Your Content: Input and Output

• Your Input (Input Data):
  • You own the original content (text, images, etc.) that you submit to Evoker.
  • You are responsible for the content you input. Please make sure that you have the right to use this content and that it is not illegal, does not violate the rights of others (copyright, privacy, etc.), and does not contain harmful or offensive information.
• AI Generated Output (Output Data):
  • Generally, the Output Content generated by your Compliance Inputs belongs to you.
  • However, please be aware:
    • The results generated by AI may be similar to others and are not guaranteed to be unique.
    • The AI may generate inaccurate or inappropriate content. Please use your own judgment and use it responsibly.
    • We do not guarantee that the output will be copyrighted or suitable for all occasions. You are responsible for checking its legality and suitability.

3. Evoker's Services and License

• You may use Evoker: Subject to these Terms (and payment of the relevant fees, if applicable), we authorize you to use Evoker in accordance with the functionality of the Service, which is a limited, non-transferable license.
• We need to use your content (for the sole purpose of providing the Services): In order to operate and improve Evoker (e.g., to process your input, generate and store output, and resolve technical issues), you authorize us to use, process and store your input and output. We promise to use this only for the purpose of providing and improving the Service itself, and not to misappropriate it without cause (see Privacy Policy for details).

4. Ground rules: what you can't do

In order to maintain a safe and legal environment, please don't:

• Do anything illegal with Evoker.
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others or our own (e.g., generate pirated content).
• Submit or generate content that is harassing, discriminatory, violent, pornographic or harmful.
• Deliberately generate or distribute false and harmful information.
