3.1. Information you provide directly:

• Account Registration: When you create an Evoker account, we collect your email address and password (stored as a secure hash), for account creation, essential service communications, and password recovery. You may choose to provide a username or other profile information. (Processed through Supabase ).
• SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENTS: When you subscribe to a PAYMENT, our third-party payment processor, Stripe, collects and processes your payment card information, billing address, and other necessary transaction details. We do not store your full payment card information directly, but receive information such as subscription status, transaction confirmation, plan type, and partial payment details (e.g., last four digits of card number) from Stripe for account management purposes. (Processed through Stripe ).
• User Input Data: We collect text prompts, commands, dialog input, and any files (images, audio, etc.) that you upload or submit to the Services for processing by AI models ("Input Data").
• Communication Information: If you contact us via email, support channels or other means, we collect your contact information and the content of your communications.
• Feedback and Surveys: We may collect information you provide when you participate in surveys, feedback requests, or beta testing programs.
